PALA CASINO
Pala Casino is by far one of the largest casinos in Southern California, and marketed as California's First Real Casino. It is located 15 miles north of Escondido, 12 miles south of Temecula, just 5 miles east of I-15 on Highway 76. It is an 185,000 square foot, $115 million casino, entertainment and dining complex owned by The Pala Band of Mission Indians. It offers 2,000 slot and videos machines, 46 table games, a high-limit gaming and lounge area, 6 restaurants with seating for 1,000, 2 lounges for live entertainment, one which allows for seating both indoors as well as on an outdoor patio with a fire pit. The 21,000 sq. ft. Events Center offers concerts, boxing and more.
Sound Image was contracted end of 2000 to design-build the background and paging audio systems, performance audio, lighting, CCTV and video systems.
