Southern California Sound Image Appoints Industry Vet To Head Contracting Division
Escondido, California----Southern California Sound Image, a world-class designer and integrator of advanced audio-video systems, today announced that industry veteran Glenn A. Peacock will lead its Contracting Division as Executive Director. An industry veteran of over 30 years, Peacock has fulfilled Senior Management roles at Audio Video Resources and Peacock, Jorgensen and Lewis/Genesis Audio Systems.
Peacock brings a wealth of experience in Regional and National Markets and a well respected track record in medium and large venue systems supporting Houses of Worship, Broadcast Teleproduction, Educational Institutions, Hospitality and Sports and Entertainment. In pursuit of well-executed installation and commissioning, he is known for his progressive methods in planning and design collaborating with Architects and Owners.
Sound Image Updates Shadow Mountain’s Sound System
 ESCONDIDO, Calif., --– Southern California Sound Image Inc. (http://www.sound-image.com/), a designer of advanced audio-video systems for stadiums, resorts, casinos, hotels, theme parks, corporations, churches and museums, today announced completion of the new audio-video system at Shadow Mountain Community Church, installing the upgrade project in just three weeks.
Shadow Mountain is a 2,000-seat community worship center featuring contemporary live music on Saturday nights, and a 200-member choir with a 35-piece orchestra on Sunday mornings. With a variety of music genres, Shadow Mountain’s Technical Director, J.B. Bowling said, “We used Sound Image because of their expertise in versatile, large-scale audio-video system installations. We wanted a system capable of handling our live bands and choir, two totally different styles of music, while covering the almost 180 degrees of seating area.” Working with Bowling, noted San Diego audio system consultant Vance Breshears from Sound Technology Consultants designed and specified a proprietary cross-matrix EAW audio system.
Sound Image Turns Up the Volume Creating a Totally Digital Experience at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa’s “Rock’s Lounge”
ESCONDIDO, Calif., -– Southern California Sound Image Inc. (http://www.sound-image.com/), a designer of advanced audio-video systems for stadiums, resorts, casinos, hotels, theme parks, corporations, churches and museums, today announced completion of a new totally digital audio-video system for Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa’s Rock’s Lounge” in Las Vegas, NV.
Rock’s Lounge is a 7,000-square-foot venue featuring live entertainment five nights a week, routinely hosting bands such as Gnarls Barkley, Average White Band, The Family Stone, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Yellow Brick Road and Zowie Bowie.
Rock’s Lounge opens directly onto the casino floor, creating the first design challenge faced by Sound Image. The venue’s overall sound level needed to be controlled so it would not overpower the gaming room where high rollers concentrate on winning.
Sound Image Completes AV System for the Ages

Best known for its dazzling audio reinforcement for entertainment superstars like Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart, Jimmy Buffett, Brooks & Dunn, and Toby Keith, Sound Image worked closely with Sound Technology Consultants of El Cajon, CA to bring the new AV system to life.
The core development group was senior associate Jeff Miller of Sound Technology Consultants and the team at Sound Image AV Installation and Technology in Tempe, AZ.
